Eye inflammation
Description
It results from an infection by bacteria or viruses. It can also be non specific. Eye becomes red, swollen, irritated or painful. It occurs in response to allergies, infection, autoimmune disorders, irritation or trauma to the eye or injury.
Causes
Eye inflammation can be caused by various different causes. It can be caused by viruses, bacteria and fungi. Eyes put up a fight against the invaders on a daily basis. When there is inflammation the germs have entered the immune system.

Diagnosis
When eye inflammations symptoms start occuring, visit a doctor. Proper treatment will be prescribed by your doctor. Eye drops are usually given if the eye flammation isn’t severe enough.
It’s good to get an eye checked regularly.
