  • The domain name Dawaai.pk, a digital healthcare platform, and Dawaai, a mobile application, is owned and operated by Dawaai Private Limited, a company incorporated in Pakistan (CUI 0086507) under the Companies Ordinance 1984 (hereinafter, referred to as “Dawaai” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” or “Company” ). The domain name and the mobile application are collectively referred to as “Website”.
  • The Website is a platform that facilitates the purchase of pharmaceutical products for sale by various relevant pharmacies (hereinafter referred to as “Services”, with the relevant pharmacies referred to as “Sellers”). The arrangement between the Sellers and Dawaai shall be governed in accordance with this Terms of Use. The Services would be made available to such natural persons who have agreed to become buyers on the Website after obtaining due registration, in accordance with the procedure as determined by Dawaai, from time to time (referred to as “You” or “Your” or “Yourself” or “User”, which terms shall also include natural persons who are accessing the Website merely as visitors). The Services are offered to the Users through various modes which shall include issue of discount coupons and vouchers that can be redeemed for various goods/ services offered for sale by the Sellers.
  • For the reason of providing the Services and for other purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, Website will be required to collect and host certain data and information of the Users. Dawaai is committed to protecting the personal information of the Users and takes all reasonable precautions for maintaining confidentiality of the User’s personal information.     Dawaai App itself does not undertake any COVID Testing itself and instead allows customers to access vendors which conduct these tests, etc. ensuring the privacy of customer data at all times. All vendors conducting tests are duly licensed by the Government Authorities.

    All User Data in particular related to COVID tests, etc. accessed through DAWAAI platforms will remain the sole property of User. User shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of and for obtaining any permission for all User Data. Subject to the terms and conditions of the DAWAAI platforms, User grants to DAWAAI a non-exclusive license to use, copy, store and transmit User Data to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the DAWAAI Platform. User acknowledges and agrees that Dawaai Company employees and DAWAAI subcontractors may have access to User Data in connection with the performance of this Agreement. User acknowledges and agrees that the User Data posted and/or stored on the DAWAAI Platform are not accessible by other users of the DAWAAI Platform. User Data shall be considered as confidential information. User shall defend the Dawaai Companies against all third party claims arising from or relating to (i) User’s use of the DAWAAI Platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations, and/or (ii) any violation, infringement or misappropriation of the rights of a third party resulting from the User Data, and shall pay all costs, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) finally awarded against DAWAAI by a court of competent jurisdiction or agreed to in a written settlement agreement signed by User arising out of such claim, provided (i) DAWAAI provides User with prompt written notice of the claim, and (ii) DAWAAI gives User sole control of the defense of the claim and any related settlement discussions and provides reasonable cooperation in the defense and settlement of the claim.
