Directions for use

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed your doctor, usually once a day.
• Take this medicine by mouth once a day, with or without food.
• This medicine should be taken at least 4 hours before bedtime.
• Swallow the tablets with water.
• Do not crush, break or chew the tablets.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

• If you have renal disease, liver problems, dehydration, unresolved electrolytes imbalance (including high/low potassium, high calcium, ow magnesium,), lupus, gout, certain heart valve disorders (mitral or aortic stenosis), or skin cancer, consult your doctor before using it.
