Precautions
This drug should be used with caution in liver, respiratory and cardiac diseases, cardiac arrhythmias, thyrotoxicosis (increased thyroid hormones), epilepsy, glaucoma, decreased thyroid hormones, Myasthenia Gravis, and prostatic hypertrophy. This drug should also be used with caution in Parkinson's disease, in very hot weather, and in elderly. It is also advisable to withdraw this drug gradually.
Indications:
This medication is used for treating schizophrenia and psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations, abnormal behavior, and delusions etc.
Storage:
Please store the oral form of this medicine at room temperature (18-25 Celsius). Please keep away from excessive light, moisture, and children. Please read the leaflet provided with the medicine for further storage guidance.
Side Effects:
The patients administered with this medicine may experience leucopenia (decreased white blood cell count), hypotension (low blood pressure), hyperprolactinemia (increased prolactin levels), dystonia (involuntary muscular contractions), heart rate changes, heart function changes, depression, photosensitivity (increased sun sensitivity), hyperglycemia (increased glucose levels), male sexual dysfunction, and vision changes.
Precautions:
The patients with liver, respiratory, or heart disease and abnormalities, thyrotoxicosis (increased thyroid hormone levels), glaucoma (increased pressure in eye), hypothyroidism (decreased thyroid gland activity), Myasthenia Gravis (neuromuscular disorder), prostatic hypertrophy (prostate abnormality), Parkinson’s disease (progressive neurological disorder), and elderly should be cautious. Please withdraw the medicine gradually.

Contraindications:
