Side Effects:
The patients administered with this medicine may experience leucopenia (decreased white blood cell count), hypotension (low blood pressure), hyperprolactinemia (increased prolactin levels), dystonia (involuntary muscular contractions), heart rate changes, heart function changes, depression, photosensitivity (increased sun sensitivity), hyperglycemia (increased glucose levels), male sexual dysfunction, and vision changes.
Precautions:
The patients with liver, respiratory, or heart disease and abnormalities, thyrotoxicosis (increased thyroid hormone levels), glaucoma (increased pressure in eye), hypothyroidism (decreased thyroid gland activity), Myasthenia Gravis (neuromuscular disorder), prostatic hypertrophy (prostate abnormality), Parkinson’s disease (progressive neurological disorder), and elderly should be cautious. Please withdraw the medicine gradually.
