This drug may cause Cushingoid changes (facial puffiness, weight gain), adrenal suppression, local skin reactions, acne, skin degeneration, striae on skin, telangiectasia (spider veins), mild pigmentation, increased hair production on the body, itching, loss of hair follicles.
