This medication is usually given 3 times a day, with at least 4 hours apart.

Used for the treatment of muscle and skeletal disorders, rheumatoid arthritis (an autoimmune condition with joint inflammation), osteoarthritis (inflammation of the bone), ankylosing spondylosis (a condition where the bones in the spine fuse), acute gout (complex form arthritis) and in chronic juvenile arthritis (long-lasting joint inflammation in children).
Contradications
This medicine is contraindicated for the following cases: stomach ulcer, aspirin/anti-inflammatory induced allergy or asthma, proctitis (inflammation in the anus region), severe kidney and liver disorder, ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, Congestive heart failure and peripheral arterial disease 9 a condition with narrowed blood vessels).
Side effects
Its side effects are transient epigastric pain (temporary stomach pain), GI (gastrointestinal) disturbance, headache, and edema (swelling). There are rare chances of developing blood dyshaematopoieses (defective formation of elements of blood), peptic (stomach) ulcer and abnormalities of liver and kidney function.
