How worse can its side effects become?
Worse that could happen is wheezing, severe skin rash, and difficulty breathing. In which case, you are advised to rush to the nearby hospital.
How should this vaccine be used for TB patients?
It is injected in the skin by a health care professional. Ensure to keep the site of injection dry 24 hours after receiving the vaccine, and keep the area clean until you cannot tell the vaccination area from the skin around it.
How frequently is the vaccine used for TB (tuberculosis)?
It is taken only once for tuberculosis. But if the results are not satisfactory, a repeated dose is given 2-3 months later.
