Remethan Tablet contains 50 mg Diclofenac sodium in it which belongs to NSAIDs class. It works by inhibiting natural enzymes (COX-1 & COX-2) which prevents release of inflammatory agents and eventually relieves pain and swelling. It is indicated in relieving pain & inflammatory conditions caused due to fractures, trauma, dislocations, low back pain, dental & minor operations, & tearing/stretching of tissues which connects joints and bones. Remethan indicated in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, acute gout, ankylosing spondylitis, and in tendons affected conditions.
How many diclofenac 50 mg tablets can you use?
Its tablets, capsules & suppositories are recommended to take 2 to 3 times in a day. Standard per day dose is 75 to 150 mg
Is diclofenac a very good painkiller?
It is effective painkiller which relieves swelling, pain & joint stiffness in arthritis
Is ibuprofen less effective than diclofenac?
Diclofenac is known to be more potent or strong than ibuprofen & should be taken 2 to 3 times in a day.
Is diclofenac considered stronger than tramadol?
It is considered more effective and provides better analgesia in acute post-operative pain as compared to tramadol.
