Indications
This medicine is used in the management of Osteoarthritis (type of arthritis), rheumatoid arthritis (type of arthritis caused by autoimmune disorder) and primary dysmennorhea (pain during menstruation).Side Effects
Some patients may experience dry mouth, peripheral edema (swelling on the skin), stomach upset, insomnia (sleeplessness), somnolence (drowsiness), anemia, respiratory problems, UTIs (urine infection), or skin reactions. Please consult your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms.Warnings

This medicine must be used with caution by patients with hepatic (liver) impairment, Renal (kidney) impairment, by-pass surgery, skin reactions (discontinue if occurs), hypertension (high blood pressure), cardiac failure and other conditions predisposing to fluid retention. Dehydration, people with surgical wounds and elderly patients must take the drug with precaution.
Contraindications
This medicine must not be used by patients with hypersensitivity to sulphonamides, aspirin/anti-inflammatory induced allergies. Active peptic ulcer or gastric bleeding, Inflammatory bowel disease.
