Indications:
This medication is used in combination with other medications to keep the body from attacking transplanted organ (such as kidney, liver and heart).

Pregnancy:
This medication is not recommended in pregnant females. Consult your doctor for further advice. 

Lactation:
This medication is not recommended in lactating females. Consult your doctor for further advice. 

Contraindications:
This medication is contraindicated in pregnant and lactating females. 

Precautions:
Monitor full blood counts regularly, GI disease and elderly. 

Side effects:
GI upset, infections, hypertension, metabolic and CNS disturbances, respiratory disorders, colitis (inflammation of colon) and pancreatitis (inflammation of pancreas).

Precautions:

Following are the precautions for use of this medicine: • Do not use or discontinue this medicine if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of this medicine • It may increase probability of infections therefore limit contact with people with infections e.g. flu, common cold • Do not get vaccines without consulting your doctor • Use sharp objects like razor, knife with caution to minimize any cuts, bleeding probability and infection • Do not donate blood during use and 6 weeks after use of this medicine

Effect on pregnancy and lactation:

This medicine should must not be used during pregnancy it may have fatal effects on the unborn infant. Even touching or any type of contact with this medicine is contraindicated. This medicine passes into breast-milk and may have undesirable effects on the nursing infant. Consult your health care provider before use of this medicine.
